Arbella: Distractology teaches teens the perils of distracted driving

Each year, 21 percent of fatal car crashes involving teens between the ages of 16 and 19 are the result of cell phone usage. That number is expected to grow four percent each year, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
