GMetrics Basic quantifies media share of voice (SOV), social channel SOV (within particular channels and overall), press release performance and benchmark information on followers, Likes, views and other growth metrics.
GMetics Advanced drills deeper into the data to measure changes in sentiment and engagement. For this analysis we conduct a deeper assessment of search analytics, click-through data and other online engagement measurements. We’re not simply looking for metrics at this point; we’re also analyzing the engagement to determine whether content is adding value to users. We can rack up numbers of followers and Likes in a given month, but if our audiences aren’t sharing, and your brand message is consistently diluted, something is wrong. If your content isn’t relevant, neither are you. We listen and analyze as much as, if not more than, we broadcast and tally.
