Greenough, a national public relations firm headquartered in Boston, today announced that Harvest Power has selected Greenough as its agency of record. A developer of energy and compost facilities for next-generation organics recycling, Harvest selected Greenough to help articulate the innovation behind its technologies and the role Harvest will play in advancing organics recycling. Harvest produces renewable energy and nutrient-rich compost products from organic waste using unique technologies for composting, biogas production and biomass gasification. The company designs, builds, owns and operates plants across the US and Canada to help communities increase their energy independence, reduce their environmental impact and maximize valuable resources.
“While recycling habits have improved overall in recent years, we have a long way to go to make more businesses, communities and individuals aware of the potential to turn organic waste into renewable energy,” said Paul Sellew, CEO of Harvest Power. “There is so much energy and nutrient-rich compost that we can derive from organic waste, and we’re confident that Greenough can help us extend that message in a way that will increase awareness quickly and effectively.”
"With its strong leadership, strong financial backing, and innovative approach to tackling a significant environmental challenge, Harvest has a compelling story to share, and we're honored to help them,” said Phil Greenough, president of Greenough.
